QUEEN CREEK, AZ (April 3, 2024) – The construction of a major battery manufacturing complex in Queen Creek, Arizona, announced by LG Energy Solution last year, is on track to be completed in two years with the first round of hiring expected to begin at the end of this year. The company provided progress updates on its $5.5 billion stand-alone facility during a stakeholder meeting today at Combs High School in San Tan Valley near the complex location. With steel beams now being placed at the site, the complex is on track to be completed in 2026 and creating several thousand new jobs.
LEARN MORE »CASA GRANDE, AZ (March 13, 2024) – FrameTec, a pioneering building component manufacturing plant and building framing services company, announced today plans to build a truss and wall panel manufacturing facility in Casa Grande, Arizona. Representing a $150 million capital investment, the new facility will consist of two plant buildings, with the first phase of construction commencing in Summer 2024. The first plant is expected to be operational in 2026 followed by the second plant in 2027 and create over 400 total new jobs.
